Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives with a print error, manufacturing defect, or damage, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

What We Cover
We offer free replacements or refunds for:

Items with printing or manufacturing defects

Orders that arrive damaged during shipping

Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or design received)
What We Don’t Cover
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you no longer want the item)

Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Exchanges
Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept exchanges. If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead.
